Reiki healing is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The Japanese word “Reiki” literally translates as universal life force energy. It is the connection of a higher energy that works through the healer and the client, working together to create a healing. This treatment brings forward a sense of well-being and balance in the body. It follows any imbalances and restores the body to balance using the chakra system. A particular area can be focused on to bring relief to any physical, mental and/or emotional issues.
